The Head Chef for External Contracts will play an instrumental role in the operational leadership, management and service delivery on all external contract catering.
Working closely with the External Contracts Operations Manager. You will be responsible for a team of chef’s & front of house staff with experience of managing demanding client expectations.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar position.
You will understand marketing strategies and purchasing. Employee engagement will be key and you will have experience of managing various teams within multi-site.
The contracts will see you influencing and interfacing with high profile clients and this must be something you can demonstrate experience with. This is a niche role and we will only consider candidates who can match the criteria, its essential that you are prepared to be out on the road leading from the front, experience in Healthcare, B&I, Leisure, Retail & Education sectors.
